Register now to watch on demand
Hosted by Thomson Reuters

A year after the One Big Beautiful Bill Act rewrote major parts of the tax code, the picture is finally clear enough to plan around. Some provisions are permanent while others are set to sunset, and that distinction is exactly where your next advisory conversation should start.

This session gives you a practical framework for turning OBBBA's structure into planning opportunities and advisory revenue.

You'll learn:
  • The difference between permanent provisions (rate structure, 199A) and temporary ones (senior deduction, no tax on tips/overtime) and why it matters for client conversations
  • Planning strategies built around the permanent provisions, ready to use this season
  • Where the complexity lives — state conformity gaps, IRS catch-up, legislative uncertainty — and how to discuss it with clients confidently
  • How to turn that complexity into advisory revenue
  • Tools to track fast-moving guidance so you can act on opportunities, not just keep up

Whether your focus is compliance, planning, or advisory services, you'll leave with actionable insights you can apply this season and beyond.

Can't make it live? No problem. Register anyway and we'll send you the full recording to watch on your schedule.
