Dea Jones is the Vice President of Client Success with SurePrep, part of Thomson Reuters. Dea is devoted to helping clients achieve value from SurePrep’s products and services, promoting partnerships and long-term client relationships. Dea has spent over a decade championing clients’ need, being a client advocate in shaping product roadmap, and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to joining SurePrep, Dea worked in the tax software industry as the Director of 1041 software development with Thomson Reuters for GoSystem Tax RS. Dea also has several years of tax accounting experience with the accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Jaime Hanson, Vice President HRBP, Tax Professionals, Thomson Reuters 
Jaime has been with Thomson Reuters for over four years. She is the HR Vice President for Marketing, Commercial Excellence and the Tax and Accounting Professionals (TAP) segment. In her role, she partners closely with the leadership teams around change management, organization design & effectiveness, talent management and other HR business strategy activities.  Prior to Thomson Reuters, she worked for sixteen years at Honeywell International working in many industries including Government, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Consumer Products and Building and Home Automation.  Jaime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota – Duluth and a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HRIR) from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Greg Pope is Director, Marketing for SurePrep, part of Thomson Reuters and directs the planning, design and implementation of all SurePrep-related customer facing marketing programs and assets. Greg champions the SurePrep brand to ensure sales, marketing and communications reflect the company’s message, positioning and visual identity. Before joining SurePrep in March of 2008, Greg spent eight years at Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting. Greg has more than twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience in the tax and accounting industry.
