How does it all work?
Confirmation APIs automate confirmation workflows or completely replace Confirmation’s UI with an internal audit tool.

You can choose how much of the Confirmation process they would like to automate. Each API removes a piece of the workflow, giving your teams a bit of relief during peak seasons.

There are four phases we recommend implementing in order and a separate stand-alone phase that can be implemented at any time:

  • Phase 1: Statuses and Completed Confirmations
  • Phase 2: Client Authorizations and Initiations
  • Phases 3 and 4: Syncing client, signer, and bank account data
  • Implement anytime: Engagement Number Upload and Billing Transaction Report API
To learn more about the individual phases and APIs, one of our account managers can schedule a demo with you and your technical team.
